Perceptum (Demo)

This is an early demo
The content is intentionally short (around 20 minutes), but it already represents the final game very well in terms of visuals, sound atmosphere, and gameplay.

Perceptum
Perceptum is an independent psychological horror game lasting around 3 hours, focused on discomfort, uncertainty, and the feeling that something is always just out of sight. You play as a medium searching for a family that mysteriously vanished shortly after moving into their new home. Inside the house, familiar spaces feel wrong, silence becomes oppressive, and your senses cannot be trusted. Walk through the odd halls of the house, close your eyes to hear the beyond, use your mirror to see the unseen, and uncover the truth hidden within these walls.
Your Objective
An entire family vanished without a trace. The police eventually abandoned the case. Now, you are the last hope to uncover the truth. As a medium, you must step inside the house and piece together what truly happened. Search for clues, solve puzzles, and let your senses guide you through this linear horror experience.
Gameplay Experience

Your only weapons are a mirror and the ability to close your eyes. Your mirror reveals what cannot be seen with the naked eye, exposing hidden traces and disturbing reflections. Closing your eyes leaves you vulnerable, forcing you to rely on altered sounds and distant whispers to find your way. As you explore the house, curiosity and unease grow side by side. The atmosphere is oppressive, and the feeling of being watched never fully fades.
Tension runs throughout the experience, shifting between quiet oppression and intense moments of fear. The house reacts to your presence, and the mirror remains both a tool and a threat. When something finally reveals itself, there is no way to fight back.
Trust your instincts: if you think you saw or heard something, you probably did. Stay calm, pay attention to every detail. You might not be alone.
